All I. C. P. and Sunlinq Solar Panel products are thoroughly tested and fully checked for quality and reliability before leaving the I. C. P. or Sunlinq manufacturing facility and as a result are fully warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship. From the largest panels that carry a twenty (20) year limited warranty down to the smallest panels with the ten (10) year warranties, on down to the folding and flexible panels that are covered by three (3) and five (5) year warranties, all I. C. P. and Sunlinq products are performance-covered to the limit and are among the most reliable solar panels in the industry!   

   This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state, province to province or territory to territory.  Some states, provinces or territories do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  Some states, provinces or territories do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
