Shipping and Handling Policies
  •  All prices are quoted FOB San Diego, California unless otherwise stated. 
  • Most items are in stock and if the order is received at the warehouse in San Diego before 4pm Pacific Time it will be shipped out the same day. Actual delivery time is contingent upon credit card and /or cheque verification and distance to customer's location.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped out the following business day.
  • Tracking numbers will be provided for UPS shipments only and orders shipped via Priority USPS will include delivery confirmation.  
  • We ship UPS Ground for quickest service.
  • USPS Surface for smaller items.
  • Freight and handling charges can be confirmed at time of order.
  • Call us for a quote if you wish to have your product shipped Next Day Air or Second Day Air.
  • Expected UPS delivery times are 1 - 5 business days to the 48 contiguous states, 3 - 7 business days to Alaska.  To Hawaii or U.S. Territories and to Canada estimated times are 2 - 7 business days depending on distance from San Diego.
  • USPS delivery times would be 2 - 9 business days to the 48 contiguous states.  To Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories is approximately 3 - 6 weeks since this is by sea, and to Canada 6 - 10 business depending on distance from San Diego.
  • All orders to be shipped to destinations outside the  continental US MUST be prepaid in US funds before shipment. Please write or FAX us for a quote on foreign shipping costs.

 Shipping Damage and / or Shortage

  • In the event of there being a shortage of material a claim should be filed with our warehouse in San Diego immediately upon discovery of the shortage.
  • All shipments should be inspected for shipping damage upon delivery and any damage filed immediately with the carrier.
  • All damage claims must be filed at the receiving end by the consignee. Then contact GnH All-Season for further instructions.
  • Under no circumstances is a shipment to be refused by the receiving party due to possible freight damage. 
  • In the event that a shipment is received back at the warehouse in San Diego due to freight damage without a Return Authorization Number, the receiving party will be invoiced for the total freight charges.
