Return Policy

GnH All-Season Recreation Sales will accept product returned to the warehouse in San Diego, CA by the customer for a period of seven (7) days from the date of receipt, provided: A) the item is not a special order item, and B) the item is in new and unused condition completely intact with all cables, accessories, manuals, etc. included in the original box.  Gnh All-Season Recreation Sales cannot be held responsible for the performance of the product if it was not installed by a Professional Installer in your area.

All returns must have a Return Authorization number before they will be accepted by the warehouse. RA numbers are valid for 7 days only. Items should be returned to TALCo Electronics (with a copy of the original invoice) with freight prepaid by the customer. Any item returned beyond the 7-day limit RA period and /or without a valid RA number will be refused by the warehouse. Merchandise must be in the original box and must include all manuals, remotes, cables, packing and other materials. The RA number should be prominently displayed on the shipping label of each box containing returned product. Do not write on the box.

Deductions for Returned Products

The consumer will be charged for any item that is returned in an incomplete condition, i.e. missing cables, manuals, remotes etc. In the event that TALCo Electronics charges you for missing items and the items are returned within seven days, you will be credited for the amount charged upon receipt of the missing items. Special order items may not be returned except in the case of defects and will receive exact replacement only.

A restocking fee of $15.00 or 10% of the sale price (whichever is greater) and any shipping cost incurred to ship the product will apply on all returned products. No credit will be issued for Special Order items.
